Had some tasty stuffed chicken at a Carraba's in Michigan. The waiter wasn't too sure about what gluten-free was at first, but learned quickly and was very helpful. Apparently I was their second GF customer – the first was sitting a few tables away.

I had only been to Chipotle once in my pre-GF days, to have a burrito. I was pleased to find they were happy to put a burrito into a bowl for me. Just as tasty without the gluten.

- Five Guys – everything but the buns
I love Five Guys. Yes, it's just burgers and fries, but you can eat them, which is pretty special. And they're good burgers, and piping hot fries. I go there regularly and have never had any problem. They're very happy to serve me a burger without a bun.

I've always enjoyed visiting my local Mitchell's, and now they've added a gluten-free menu to make it easier to do so. And it's not just plain grilled fish with steamed vegetables, so this is quite a boon.

- Mom's Bake at Home
- The Original Pancake House – some locations offer gluten-free pancakes
- Outback Steakhouse – see menu
It's great to eat a salad with dressing and to have nicely seasoned seafood that I know is completely gluten-free. There's even a gluten-free brownie on the menu.
- Pei Wei Aisan Diner – see menu
- PF Chang's – see menu
I always enjoy visiting PF Chang's because it's the only place I can get American-style Chinese food anymore. Well, without major streess, that is. PF Chang's has consistently good food no matter which location you visit and they really understand gluten-free.

I really enjoyed the peppercorn steak, not to mention the flourless chocolate cake. However, there was a bit of plate envy going on when I saw my mom's sandwich, which included a (gluten-free) bun.

- Z Tejas
The food here was great. Especially the fresh vegetable quesadillas. The catfish rollups were good, too, although they were served with a dipping sauce made with gluten. However, the staff really made an effort and I enjoyed myself.
