Andina is a Peruvian restaurant I found while looking for places to eat gluten-free in Portland, OR. Split several plates with a co-worker and we were both very impressed with the food, especially the potato frittata. I'll definitely be returning when I get a chance.

I visited Oba while on a business trip to Portland, OR, without knowing that they had a wheat-free menu. Imagine my surprise when the server handed me back my dining card and said she'd get me a special menu. I had great grilled veggies with red beans and rice, and didn't feel left out of my colleagues' dinner.
