23 May: Apologies for the dearth of updates. This year has been a bit insane, but today I updated the restaurant lists for DC and the US, to cover the DC area.
29 August: As more and more restaurants and companies begin catering to the celiac community, it becomes more of a job to keep this website up to date. However, today I added to the list of restaurants in California and nation-wide.
3 October: Many, many updates to restaurant lists today, including a whole new state list: Missouri. I've also added links to more online and retail shops, as well as a list of places to stay when you're gluten-free.
